Today I would like to showcase our Small but fruitful wild craft Medicinal Syntropic food forest Garden and introduce a great medicinal plant we have in our Tincture range (Ashwaganda) and its benefits..


I have always held a love for plants and gardening, I have the belief that plants hold the key to our health and wellbeing. Boosting immune function, strength, vitality and management of stressors and Dis-ease.

Our Bask HQ Medicinal Garden journey began 11years ago after much research trial and era,

Learning about permaculture, biodynamics, and Syntropic methods to grow health happy Plants without chemicals and pesticides.

We have found the best way to grow medicinal plants, natives, fruit tress and farmers garden vegetables together and do the chop and drop Syntropic approach to hold water and encourage plants to share nutrients give shade and trellis vines.


Ashwaganda is one of the medicinal Herbs we grow and extract in our Garden ,

Ashwagandha is part of a class of plants called adaptogens known for their health benefits when ingested as teas, powders, tinctures and supplements, or in their raw forms.

Some of the Health benefits are,

Stress relief Anxiety Lowers Blood sugar and Fat increases muscle and strength improves sexual function in woman Boost fertility and testosterone in Men Sharpens memory and focus Supports heart health.

Ashwaganda is a good all rounder that can be added to teas, coffees and hot drinks, or taken as a tincture under your tongue which by-passes our digestive and goes straight to the blood stream..


Our garden is my life we put the good things in with love and passion to harvest the best things for our body in small batches that are made from good quality Medicinal Plants.
